Acceptance of Terms. By using https://poolcontractorsanantonio.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Service Description. This Site describes Pool Renovation, New Pool Construction, Water Feature Installation, Pool Repair, Pool Cleaning provided by TEXAS TRUE BLUE POOLS LLC. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Ownership. TEXAS TRUE BLUE POOLS LLC (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

No Warranties. TEXAS TRUE BLUE POOLS LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Damages. TEXAS TRUE BLUE POOLS LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold TEXAS TRUE BLUE POOLS LLC harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Law and Venue. TX law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in TX.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
